Bawarchi fare is derivative of traditional Mughlai cuisine focusing around the Tandoor clay oven, where breads, fish, meat and poultry are all cooked in the authentic northwest Indian style, and once you are in Bawarchi you cannot leave without tasting their curries. Sensitive to the needs of vegetarian guests, vegetarian meals are always prepared separately.
