Butter Chicken

Succulent chicken simmered in a velvety tomato-butter sauce, gently spiced and crafted to warm the heart.

Ingredients

500g chicken pieces

2 cups tomato puree

1 cup heavy cream

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tbsp garam masala

1 tbsp red chili powder

1 tbsp kasoori methi

1 cup yogurt for marination

Salt and sugar to taste

Fresh cream for garnish

Instructions

Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 2 hours

Grill or bake chicken until charred

Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates

Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes

Add grilled chicken pieces

Finish with kasoori methi and cream
