500g chicken pieces
2 cups tomato puree
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 cup yogurt for marination
Salt and sugar to taste
Fresh cream for garnish
Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 2 hours
Grill or bake chicken until charred
Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates
Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes
Add grilled chicken pieces
Finish with kasoori methi and cream
Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot
